What is a Shopping Cart?

An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want from any of our stores.

Whether Order will be accepted through Phone/Email/Whatsapp?

The order will be accepted through Phone/ Email / Whatsapp for only payment through Bank deposit / UPI / GPay.

Whether Cash on delivery available?

No, the cash on delivery option is not available. We accept payment through Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking/Cash card and Bank deposit.

What is My Account?

“My Account” allows you complete control over your transactions at Evanaa. Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, you can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section.

What is a Wish List?

The Wish List is a feature by which you can shortlist items across Evanaa and store them for future access and convenient purchases subsequently. You can even allow your friends / relatives to access your Wish List to help them gift you items of your interest.

We will try our best to deliver the gift within the time range specified by the customer during the check out. However, we cannot guarantee 100% due to the difficulties beyond our control.

Sorry, at present, we will deliver the product only within India.

One of our Customer Service representatives will call the Customer / Receiver or Email us for the non availability of product and request/suggest for any change in the product. If there is no response either from the customer / receiver and on any shortage of time we will be process the order for  the product to the best availability and equivalent value without compromise on the quality.

Yes, you can cancel the order immediately after the payment by calling our Customer Service at +91-8825786705 or otherwise you can cancel the order 24hours before the shipment. You will get 100% for the cancelled order if the Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payment is not captured.  For the captured payment you will be getting 90% refund of your amount

We won’t entertain cancellation of order after shipment.
