How to make Urad Kali Mix / Ulundhu Kali Mix
- Take 500ml of warm water with 150g of jaggery and mix well
- Stain the jaggery to remove impurities.
- Boil the jaggery syrup and sprinkle 200g of Evanaa Ulundhu kali mix
- Turn the flame to low and close the pan with a lid.
- After the water dried out turn off the flame and mix well without lumps.
- Add grated coconut to taste
