How to make Urad Kali Mix / Ulundhu Kali Mix

• Take 500ml of warm water with 150g of jaggery and mix well
• Stain the jaggery to remove impurities.
• Boil the jaggery syrup and sprinkle 200g of Evanaa Ulundhu kali mix
• Turn the flame to low and close the pan with a lid.
• After the water dried out turn off the flame and mix well without lumps.
• Add grated coconut to taste
